Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $75 because nobody should have to pay extra just to prove they survived dial-up.

Order Processing: Orders typically get processed within 2–5 business days after you place them. During peak periods (holidays, viral nostalgia moments), it might take a bit longer. We're not Amazon, and honestly, that's fine.

Shipping & Delivery: Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days depending on where you are and which shipping method you picked at checkout. We print at facilities closest to you, so it arrives faster than that package you ordered from a sketchy website in 2004.

Order Updates: You'll get tracking info once your order ships. No need to refresh obsessively like it's a dial-up connection—we'll email you.

Secure Checkout: All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout system. Your credit card info is safer than your AIM password ever was.

The Reality Check: Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, cosmic chaos—sometimes stuff happens that's outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated if anything goes sideways.
