Look, we want you to actually love what you ordered. If something's wrong, we'll fix it.

We offer refunds for:

  • Items we screwed up and sent you the wrong thing
  • Damaged or defective products (because that's just not acceptable)

The Fine Print:

  • You've got 30 days from your purchase date to let us know something's off
  • Hit us up at info@dialupkids.com with your order number and what went wrong
  • We'll sort it out without making you jump through annoying hoops

Important Note: We print everything made-to-order, so we can't accept returns on items you just changed your mind about. Choose wisely, like you did back when online shopping meant waiting weeks and praying it fit.

Care Instructions: 

To help maintain the quality and longevity of your apparel, please follow the care
guidelines below:

  1. Wash and dry items inside out.

  2. Use cold or low-temperature water and a mild detergent.

  3. Avoid extra or heavy spin cycles.

  4. Air drying is recommended. If tumble drying, avoid washing or drying with heavy
    fabrics.

  5. If ironing is necessary, iron inside out using low heat. Do not iron directly over printed
    areas. Proper care will help preserve the look and feel of your garment over time
